5. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11) As a personal data owner, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:

  • Request information if it has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,

  • Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing.
